Digital TV
If you haven't changed to digital TV yet, you will need to get ready for the switchover in this area in 2012. It may seem a long way off, but planning now could avoid an expensive rush at the last minute. This is where Blount Aerials can help.

What is Digital
Switchover?
Switchover is when all television in the UK switches to a digital signal. This is happening in our region in 2012. Starting on 30th May 2012 and completing on 27th June 2012.
When will it happen
in Sussex?
Digital switchover happens in this area in June 2012 - you will need to have digital equipment to continue watching TV after the 27th June 2012.
So, what will I need?
If you do not have a digital TV set you will need to replace it or buy a digital set top box.You may also need a new aerial.
What are the
advantages?
Digital TV gives better quality pictures and sound than analogue TV and does not suffer from the same kinds of problems - you will not get a fuzzy or 'snowy' picture, ghosting or hissing.
